Our team is a dynamic mix of seasoned leaders and forward-thinking innovators, driven by a shared passion for excellence.
We achieve in six months what takes others years, fuelled by a culture of rapid execution and continuous improvement.
Operating since 2012, we retain a start-up feel with a team of 14, but we have plans to double in size over the next six months.

To help realise our vision, we are seeking exceptional talent to join us as Operations Manager—a high-impact role blending hands-on execution with accelerated leadership development.

You'll play a pivotal role in making NovoPsych's vision a reality, gaining firsthand experience in driving a fast-growing SaaS company forward.
What You'll Do: Be the CEO's go-to problem solver, helping transform strategic ideas into actionable plans.Support high-priority initiatives, from brainstorming to execution, ensuring delivery on time and with measurable impact.Lead special projects that span product strategy, operational improvements, and go-to-market planning.Grow into a leadership role within NovoPsych, with a clear path to owning key verticals or initiatives as you make your mark.What We're Looking For: A hungry, ambitious problem solver who's early in their career but ready to make a big impact.Exceptional analytical thinking, with experience solving complex problems systematically.
