As part of the Brand Collective suite of businesses, the Melbourne-designed Elka Collective brand has grown steadily, resonating with those seeking timeless yet contemporary garments.
We take pride in creating cherished favourites that you'll reach for time and time again, as our garments seamlessly bridge the gap between enduring style and contemporary sophistication.
As a leader in our boutique, you are responsible for building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards.
This role, working full-time Tuesday-Saturday, will have you inspire and mentor your team to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy.
To achieve the above, you : Are a passionate brand ambassador for Elka CollectiveClosely monitor store sales performance – acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvementOversee store operations including stock room management and immaculate store presentation (visual merchandising)Drive and excel in providing an amazing customer experience in store through seasonal eventsDevelop & maintain relationships with VIPsTake a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e.
