Building Site Supervisor

Position : Licensed Builder / Nominated SupervisorSalary Package : $100,000 - $110,000 per annum (including superannuation)About Us :We are AZACO, a recently established construction company with a vision to deliver high-quality residential projects, starting with our duplex project in Malabar.
Founded by experienced civil and structural engineers, we are committed to delivering efficient, well-managed projects while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.In addition to our current duplex project, we have already secured our second project, ensuring continuity and a long-term opportunity for our team.Key Responsibilities :Act as the Nominated Supervisor for AZACO, facilitating our contractor license application to commence construction.Oversee and manage the full construction lifecycle of our duplex project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring seamless progress on-site.Perform minor fixes or handyman tasks as needed during the construction process.Provide regular progress updates and assist with planning and preparing for upcoming project activities.Requirements (Must-Have) :Current Class 1 & 10 Builder License and not already appointed as a Nominated Supervisor for another company.Must agree to become AZACO's Nominated Supervisor to support the company's contractor license application.Preferably a strong carpentry background with experience in residential construction, particularly duplex or similar projects.Proven ability to coordinate trades, manage project timelines, and maintain quality standards.Hands-on capability to perform minor on-site fixes and address construction issues proactively.What We Offer :Full-time Employment: Competitive salary package of $100,000 to $110,000, including superannuation.Flexibility: While this is a full-time position, the role is focused on a single project, allowing flexibility to manage personal commitments or other works.Long-Term Opportunity: With our second project already secured, this role provides stability and the potential for ongoing involvement in future developments.Direct Work Environment: Avoid the challenges of external client demands – all projects are for our own development portfolio.Collaborative Team: Join a company with directors who are hands-on professionals, dedicated to supporting your role and the project's success.How to Apply :If you are a licensed builder or carpenter looking for a flexible and rewarding role in a supportive company, we'd love to hear from you.
