About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, coordinating trades, and managing materials and equipment.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and strong relationships.
Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
Resolve onsite issues and provide innovative solutions to challenges that arise during construction.
Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and daily logs.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction.
Trade background preferable but not essential.
Proven track record in managing high-end custom home projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and WHS requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driver's license and White Card.
