BOQ Group are growing our business banking division As part of this growth, we have created some brand-new Small Business Banker positions in the Business Solutions team based in Brisbane. The Small Business Banker role supports both the Retail Banking channel, as well as Business Development Managers (BDM) to achieve overall objectives of asset growth, new customer acquisition, client satisfaction, portfolio hygiene and portfolio compliance.This role is a fantastic opportunity for those experienced bankers who are passionate about business lending and providing superior customer service, whilst building and maintaining fantastic long-term customer relationships.
