Sales & LeasingComprehensive Property Management Services inclusive of Industrial Warehouses, Factories, Retail Shops, Office Space and Multi – Tenanted Buildings.Development ProjectsValuationsWe are looking for the right individual who has an outstanding and proven track record of successful sales, who is up to date with the property market, has demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is persuasive with marketing and sales skills focused on customer service orientation.
Due to growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent to join our Wollongong team.
As a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent, you will contribute to the provision of quality services through effectively listing commercial properties and managing the sales/leasing process in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
Success in this position will be dependent upon the individual's ability to meet and exceed the sales targets as set by the Managing Director and General Manager.

Minimum Requirements:Minimum 8 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate or similar/related fieldExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of real estate laws and leasing practicesA current Certificate of Registration is a mandatory requirementHigh degree of competency in verbal and written communicationWell-developed analytical skillsHigh degree of problem-solving and critical thinkingOrganization and analytical skillsHigh attention to detailFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite & equipmentFlexibility, resilience, and adaptabilityAbility to work independently and as a teamPlease email a current resume and a one-page cover letter addressing the criteria and why you are interested in this role and what you can bring to our team.
