Vater Hardware is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team.

About the Role We are currently seeking a Victorian Sales Representative to drive sales and be responsible for the region.
Ideally you will be based in Melbourne's South East and will complete regional travel to country Victoria as required.

Your new position, reporting to the National Sales Manager, will involve:
Servicing our existing customer baseDeveloping, maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers in the industry to ensure Vater Hardware is the product of choice in the construction and building industriesRegional overnight travel as requiredLiaising with internal team members to respond to customer enquiriesWhat you will bring to the Team Have proven experience in merchandising / sales / hardware / retailBe proficient in Microsoft OfficeEstablishing and maintaining regular call cycles and working to a call planDeveloping and growing sales with customersIdentifying and researching new business opportunitiesBuilding relationships with our established customer baseSelection Criteria To be successful in this role you must demonstrate your ability to manage long term business relationships, and you will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
In addition, you will have the ability to analyse data and plan accordingly.
You will also have / be:
