We adopt a holistic approach to children's learning through our Reggio Emilia inspired environments, rituals, and experiences.We are looking for an exceptional customer relations superstar who:is passionate about what you do and the important role that you play in the businesswill provide the best possible first impression to future familiescan work closely with our services to achieve enrolment goalsKey Responsibilities will include:Accepting, contacting, and managing incoming leadsAssisting our Services achieve increased occupancy levels through lead nurturing and management.Assisting new families with information about Sparrow Early Learning and booking tours.Maintaining Customer Relations systems and processes to enhance the customer's experience.Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the business, fees, policies, and programs as well as an understanding of how this information impacts our families and centres.Conduct waitlist reviews and assisting with opening vacanciesProviding system training to our service and support staffEnsuring all information recorded internally and on 3rd party platforms is accurate.Providing general administrative responsibilities.What you'll need:Previous experience in an in-bound call Customer Relations roleKnowledge of the Early Childhood Education industry - previous experience in Childcare Administrator or Childcare Leadership highly regardedHigh level of attention to detail teamed with organisational and time management skillsProfessional and friendly phone manner and the ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work within a team environment as well working independentlyProficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) is an advantageExperience with a CRM softwareValid Working with Children/Blue cardThe Sparrow Benefits:Flexibility: Work from home WednesdayFinancial Satisfaction: A competitive salary package will be offered to the preferred candidate.Generous incentives: We offer up to 95% Childcare Discount for all staff*, Paid Birthday leave*, 4 weeks Annual Leave, access to rewarding Referral Programs.Recognition: We reward for outstanding efforts with our monthly recognition programsCulture: We love Team Building Celebrations
