About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Asset Management professional to step into a leadership opportunity as Coordinator Asset Management to provide high-level advice and support on asset renewal and replacement.
This role will provide support and leadership to the team during a period of leave.
You will make an impact by
Developing and maintaining a strategic asset management framework Leading the implementation and management of the Asset Management Information System (AMIS) Overseeing governance and corporate reporting Managing and delivering projects, including overseeing and supporting development of the Asset Plan Coordinating data collection and management What you will bring
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide and support a high-performing team.
Excellent project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Knowledge and proficiency in using Asset Management Information Systems (AMIS) Experience in valuing, depreciating, capitalising and reporting on local government infrastructure in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and the requirements of the Victorian Auditor General's Office Extensive experience in strategic asset management, including the development and implementation of asset management frameworks and systems will be highly regarded.
