The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for TWO Customer Service Officers to join the team at Banyo.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.
In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to):
Role ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the environment is always customer friendly.Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions.Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns.Does this sound like you?
Have previous experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction.Have high attention to detail.Be organized and have exceptional time management skills.Build rapport in person as well as over the phone.Work well in a team.Valid driver's license and vehicle.Full Australian working rights.We are a business that understands that people have different needs and ask that you give us the opportunity to discuss your needs and how they can fit into the operational requirements.
