We are a well-established and successful organisation that has been in operation for over 20 years. We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health Team in the beautiful Batemans Bay clinic.
ABOUT THE ROLE
With a mixed caseload of both musculoskeletal and disability clientele, this role provides a vast variety of client conditions and client streams and can include adult and/or paediatric clients. With the best resources at your disposal such as a fully equipped gym and equipment, treatment rooms, and a collaborative team you'll have everything you need to thrive in your role. We love to work with our EPs to tailor a caseload that best suits their knowledge, skill development and areas of interest.
CLINICAL & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Optimum's industry-leading internal Clinical Development and Mentorship Program ensures all our Exercise Physiologists from new grads to our more senior EPs are fully supported through:
Weekly internal Exercise Physiology networking and professional development sessions Fortnightly multidisciplinary team workshops and networking opportunities Ongoing supervision and mentoring tailored to the needs of each individual clinician. Quarterly full-day internal workshops A tailored career development path CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Many of our Facility Managers, Team Leaders, Operations Manager & General Manager have all started with us as an Exercise Physiologist. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or higher SO WHAT NOW?
