Your main task will be to secure funding from Trust & Foundations for a range of impactful programs.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working within the Leadership Team, you'll identify funding opportunities and craft compelling proposals and grant applications.
Additionally, you'll assist the CEO in expanding government funding opportunities at the local, state, and national levels.
Key Responsibilities:Research and build relationships with trusts, foundationsCollaborate with the CEO to grow government grant fundingStay informed on trends in grant opportunitiesDeeply understand the organisation's programs, priorities, mission, and impactWrite persuasive proposals and grant applicationsManage the process of gathering data and information for timely grant applications and acquittalsKeep accurate CRM records of donor communicationsYour Skills & Experience:Proven success in grant writing (other fundraising experience also considered)Excellent attention to detail with strong written communication skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrategic mindset with an eye for process improvementEntrepreneurial spirit and a creative approach to growing grants and philanthropyAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working both independently and within a close-knit teamExperience using donor CRM like Salesforce or Raisely highly regardedHow to ApplyIf you're ready to work closely with the executive team and use your fundraising skills to make a tangible impact, apply today
