About the roleWe have an exciting career development opportunity to step into a leadership role managing a team of Executive Assistants across the Macquarie Capital business.
You will work closely with the Global Head of Admin Management and regional COOs to ensure the business is well supported.
You will also have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders within a high calibre revenue generating business.
What you'll be responsible forCoordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team.Diary Management: Track, manage, and prioritize the daily movements for business leaders to achieve the organization's goals effectively.Inbox Management: Track, prioritize, and action a leader's email inbox to increase their overall productivity and efficiency.Skills you'll needBehaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people.Flexibility: Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively.Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. #J-18808-Ljbffr
