About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Engagement Consultant to proactively engage employers to secure meaningful employment for our jobseekers.
This position will specifically focus on the Sydney Greater West region.
As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will deliver quality employment services solutions to employers to achieve sustainable employment for jobseekers.
You will create successful business relationships with employers and identify new opportunities and solutions so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.

You will have exceptional business development and customer service skills with the ability to build successful business relationships.
You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and sales with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
