In this Consultant role, you will:
Be the primary support for our Heartbeat (employee engagement survey) and other listening activities, by managing and responding to survey enquiries.
Support the evolution of the NAB listening strategy expanding its frequency.
Support the project management of enterprise and/or divisional culture projects.
Support the design and delivery of enterprise and/or divisional culture initiatives.
Support engagement and culture reporting and the execution of strategic culture initiatives.
What you will bring:
Strong track record of project management. Experience with survey administration will be highly advantageous.
Experience with reporting, data & analytics and generating insights/key findings.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
A background in psychology or in a related field is preferred.
