Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and nurturing relationships will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our organisation. We keep communities connected.Benefits Of Working With Us Include:Flexible Working - This position offers hybrid working.Growth – Up-skilling and development opportunities available throughout your career.Discounts - An employee rewards program offering discounts across hundreds of businesses including Woolworths, Air BNB, The Iconic, JB HI-FI, Dan Murphys, Bupa Health Care, Specsavers and many more We also offer access to novated leasing.Paid Leave - Parental, cultural, community service, study, corporate volunteering and purchased leave options available.Culture – We are committed to fostering a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Source candidates using a variety of methods such as internal redeployment/promotions, online advertising, networking, collaborating with our panel of external partners and referrals.Work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates suitability, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from role briefs through to onboarding, including compliance and eligibility practices specific to each role.Ensure a positive candidate experience.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and community organisations.Provide guidance and support to junior members of the recruitment team.Analyse recruitment trends to inform decision-making and improve processes.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation in the market as a desired place to work.Work closely with senior members of staff in the organisation to develop strong recruitment strategies for upcoming projects to ensure a more proactive experience.About you:3+ years experience in the talent acquisition end-to-end processTelecommunications industry experience preferredProven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive marketExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levelsHigh level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitmentSolutions and results focused, with a dedicated approach to providing the best candidate and hiring manager experienceExperience with Workday is highly desirable but can be taughtComfortable working both autonomously and part of a wider teamAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHow To ApplyPlease submit your interest with the apply button where you will be directed to create a profile on our system.
