Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant:Campaign Leader: Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to build and maintain a talent pipeline for our growing client base.Partner closely with internal teams to understand client needs and tailor campaigns to attract top talent.Leverage your recruitment agency experience and results-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPIs.Acquisition Expert: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, with a high volume of contingent roles.Conduct daily interviews, with a focus on hiring high-quality Weployees and exceptional relationship-building.Consult & instil confidence in our clients, whether it be through exceptional shortlisting, briefing calls, general catch ups or issue management.Guide Weployee's through the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.Community Builder: Cultivate and expand our community of skilled Weployees by fostering strong, lasting relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to align talent needs with client expectations, helping to shape our community's future.Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to the growth and expansion of our Weployee community.Problem-Solver & Innovator: Proactively tackle challenges that come with a busy growth period, bringing creative and efficient solutions to market issues.Stay resilient and focused, maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and helping the team thrive through any obstacles.Embrace an agile approach, adapting quickly to change and always seeking ways to optimise our recruitment strategies.What Sets You Apart:Proven Recruitment Success: You have a strong background in high-volume contingent recruitment, ideally from an agency environment.Passion for Recruitment & Acquisition: Your enthusiasm for recruitment and the industry shines through in every interaction.Client Champion: You're a proactive relationship-builder with a passion for owning client accounts, delivering exceptional experiences, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive our mutual success.Startup Savvy: You're not afraid to dive in and adapt, embracing a startup-like culture with flexibility and resourcefulness.Growth-Oriented: You're ambitious, with the drive to help expand our talent team and contribute to Weploy's success.Confident and Proactive: You bring fresh ideas and confidently voice them to make continuous improvements.Solution-Oriented Mindset: Challenges excite you, and you're ready to bring innovative solutions to the table during this exciting growth period.Ready to lead recruitment campaigns, connect top talent, and grow with us?
