Job Description Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition expert to lead the recruitment efforts for our Telecommunications division here at Service Stream
About the Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Service Stream, you will collaborate closely with organisational heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and nurturing relationships will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our organisation.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to company initiatives and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Nature of position: Fixed-Term (January - July)
Location: Melbourne
Reporting Line: General Manager, People & Experience - Telecommunications

Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using a variety of methods such as internal redeployment/promotions, online advertising, networking, collaborating with our panel of external partners and referrals.
Work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' suitability, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from role briefs through to onboarding, including compliance and eligibility practices specific to each role.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and community organisations.
Provide guidance and support to junior members of the recruitment team.
Analyse recruitment trends to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation in the market as a desired place to work.
Work closely with senior members of staff in the organisation to develop strong recruitment strategies for upcoming projects to ensure a more proactive experience.
About You: 3+ years experience in the talent acquisition end-to-end process.
Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment.
Solutions and results focused, with a dedicated approach to providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
Experience with Workday is highly desirable but can be taught.
Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
