Sales and Customer Success Full-time Location: Hybrid | Surry Hills, NSW, AU We are a hybrid working environment, and prefer applicants to work from our Surry Hills, Sydney office full-time through their onboarding period.Level: Mid Level A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team.

We're looking for someone familiar with school environments, who can also manage their way around systems and technology-driven tasks day to day.
Experience with Hubspot, and any exposure to teaching or working with schools or directly with students is highly desirable
What You'll Be Responsible For The Student Success Manager builds relationships, drives retention, and supports onboarding and training for schools.
They collaborate on marketing and ensure best practices to maximise product usage and reduce churn.
