Here's what you can expect when you join us:We're Growing: Help shape our future as TAL expands in Melbourne.Learn from the Best: Work with industry leaders dedicated to your success.Feel Supported: Thrive in a culture that values growth and excellence.These Roles:As a Claims Consultant at TAL, you'll take charge of a portfolio of Life Insurance claims, leveraging our innovative claims philosophy, best-in-class policies, and the Life Insurance Code of Practice to deliver exceptional outcomes.Operating from our convenient Melbourne CBD office, your day-to-day will include:Ensuring compliance with external regulations, legislative requirements, and TAL's high standards of service.Managing customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.Contributing to ongoing projects and case conferences, where your expertise will directly impact claims outcomes.We're seeking experienced Claims Consultants with a track record of success in Workers Compensation or Life Insurance claims management.
If you have strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for helping others, you'll thrive at TAL.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in a similar claims management role (end-to-end) within Workers Compensation.Strong communication and empathy skills, especially in sensitive situations.Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Allied Health backgrounds and Return-to-Work are a plusAt TAL, we value diversity in all its forms and are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable culture for all our people.
