Your primary focus will be to drive excellence in operational, educational, and regulatory outcomes across the services, ensuring that each centre meets and exceeds the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).This is an exciting role that offers significant leadership autonomy. You will mentor and support Service Managers to ensure the highest quality standards are upheld, while also managing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to occupancy, staffing, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Development: Oversee and support Service Managers to deliver outstanding services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Operational Management: Ensure all services within your portfolio meet compliance requirements under the National Quality Framework (NQF), while optimising service delivery and operational efficiencies.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with service owners, clients, and stakeholders. You will be the key contact point, ensuring business goals align with service outcomes.Performance & Growth: Take responsibility for KPI management across your centres, driving improvements in areas such as occupancy, staff retention, and compliance. Use data-driven insights to support the development of high-performing teams.Expansion & Launch Support: Play a key role in the growth of ELM by overseeing the opening and operationalisation of new childcare centres. You will have a strong track record in managing operational outcomes, mentoring teams, and ensuring services are aligned with both regulatory standards and business objectives.What You'll Bring:Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare sector, demonstrating your ability to manage service operations and drive educational excellence.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels, from Service Managers to external stakeholders.Compliance Mastery: A comprehensive understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and its application within the childcare environment.
