Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a new Corporate Compliance Officer to support the Carey Group team in the delivery of corporate compliance services to clients.

Your New Role:
Providing administrative and office support to the Carey Group team in the delivery of corporate compliance services to clients, ensuring work tasks are completed with attention to detail and accuracy, while maintaining productivity and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and lodgement of ASIC Compliance documents including:
Company changes including change of name/address, appointment/resignation of directors, etc.
Share allotments and transfers
Share reconstructions including consolidations, conversion, redemptions, cancellations and buy-backs
Company deregistration
Appointment and cessation as ASIC agents
Liaise with clients in a manner that builds or maintains effective client relationships ensuring timely responses to enquiries and a positive client experience.
Establishment and registration of new companies and trusts.
Registration/cancellation of TFN/ABN/GST/PAYGW.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of company and trust information held on practice systems.
Database management of the Corporate Compliance program including addition of new companies.
Preparation of Annual Company Statement packages including letter, annual company statement, invoice and minutes.
Assist in the review and development of administrative procedures.
Provide general and technical advice on ASIC and corporate affair matters.
We're Searching For Someone Who:
Has experience in an administrative role.
Presents professionally and is comfortable in a corporate environment.
Proficient use of software systems including Microsoft Office suite of products.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Sound level of problem solving skills with a continuous improvement approach.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a high performing team to achieve team objectives.
Adaptable to change with a solution focused approach.
Sound level of organisation skills with proven ability to set priorities and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Commitment to customer service with an understanding of the importance of client privacy and confidentiality.
