Arcadia Landscape Architecture is an award winning, design-driven landscape architecture and urban design practice, with studios in Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Geelong.
Job DescriptionYou will play a crucial and rewarding role in providing structured, proactive and collaborative support to the Commercial Lead and Directors.
This includes identifying opportunities, coordinating bid submissions, developing collateral to demonstrate practice capability and ensuring all proposals are compelling and competitive.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential clients.Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals, incorporating practice experience and writing style/branding in bids to ensure brand alignment.Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop winning strategies.Manage the bid process and winning RFT documentation, incorporating the requirements of specifications within timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met.Review and analyze bid documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.Maintain and update a database of bid submissions and outcomes.Develop and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Lead, Directors, Arcadia Design Group and other key stakeholders.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on bid progress and outcomes.Record and update submissions and progress on CRM.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.Strong understanding of the landscape architecture industry and market trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and vibrant interpersonal style.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.You must have the Right to Work in Australia and thrive in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment.
