About the role The Bid Manager will be responsible for undertaking effective measures to comply with UGL Bid Governance, enhance bid process and increase the probability of the company winning the contract (if deemed viable) and successfully completing the project through key coordination of risk and opportunity management and cross-functional technical and commercial requirements.
Ensure winning proposal strategies are developed and implemented to ensure the highest probability of success.Review tender documentation ensuring a full and complete understanding of the technical and commercial commitment to which UGL/CIMIC will be obligated.Conduct risk assessments and management activities to evaluate all commercial, financial, legislative and resource risks associated with the tender.Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the customer at necessary levels within their organization.About you Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline (Commerce, Engineering, Marketing etc.
