Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) The Melbourne office of this renowned national construction company is seeking a high-level Bids Manager to support the communications team. This award-winning team maintains excellent studio culture and is a workplace of choice. Key Responsibilities Lead all written communications for Bid Submissions / EOIsEngage with client briefing documents to ensure all items are addressedManage the production and execution of fee proposals, capabilities, tenders and competitions with the support of the communications teamManage entire tender process from identifying leads to the post-bid review and analysisSkills & Experience Experience in a bids or submissions role within a commercial environment (ideally architecture)Capability to produce persuasive and high-quality writingHigh proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, preferred but not essentialStrategic vision with a focus on meeting the practice's core business aspirationsExceptional attention to detailConfident communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrentlyBenefits & Culture Join a friendly and experienced teamWork on complex projects that will heighten your careerBe rewarded with a great work environment and career progression opportunitiesREFERENCE: DS 67978 If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and if applicable, work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to ****** and we'll be in touch.
