Be Part of Excellence: Join a dynamic team committed to providing top-notch recruitment and employee compliance solutions.Growth Opportunities: Grow with a company that is constantly innovating and introducing new services.Customer-Centric Culture: Thrive in a culture that values exceeding customer expectations.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to recruitment consultants.Manage employee onboarding, contract generation, and induction to our workforce for on-hired casual employees.Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in completing permanent recruitment appointments tailored to meet client needs.Assist in the sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.Maintain and update the candidate database.Coordinate interview schedules and manage calendars.Support payroll process with timesheet management and employee engagement.Complete background screening compliance processes for both internal workforce and external client requirements.Prepare and manage recruitment-related documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Preferred Requirements: Prior experience in HR administration and employee onboarding processes.Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work autonomously when required.Strong customer service skills to liaise at both client and candidate levels.Proficiency in record keeping and candidate management.Highly detail-oriented with initiative and an outgoing personality.Strong PC skills with experience in databases, payroll support, and timesheet management.Experience working in a small office environment, with a flexible team-minded approach.A proactive approach in a role that demands high levels of attention to detail and initiative.Preferred Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in HR and/or experience in talent acquisition and employee onboarding.Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of changing workplace legislative requirements to ensure compliance in human resources and recruitment sectors.We're hiring
