Concept Care are looking for a full-time Recruitment Officer to join our team
Location: Gregory Hills, Sydney, NSW

Your accomplishments in this position will directly contribute to Concept Care's ability to fulfil client expectations and meet the staffing demands essential for our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process including conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Conduct interviews with candidates for Support Worker positions.
Collate compliance checks on potential candidates.
Provide timely updates to HR Team and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor and respond to recruitment inquiries and requests through the HR Inbox.
Who We're Seeking:
Experienced Support Worker looking to bring this experience into a recruiting role.
1-2 years of recruitment experience with a flair to communicate in a confident and professional manner across all levels.
Effective time management skills with a high attention to detail.
Prior experience and knowledge of the NDIS and disability services environment will be highly regarded, however not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT Literacy across MS Office, recruitment systems, and job advertisement platforms.
Exposure to a high volume, fast-paced working environment with competing deadlines.
