We will provide you with the tools and infrastructure available that will set you up for success.
You will work as part of a collaborative culture and with the support of a Sales Associate, you will:
Leverage leads generated through online enquiries, display home walk-throughs and a wide network of professional contactsBuild relationships with customers at the display home and provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and optionsEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframesCoach and mentor your sales associate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders cross-functionallyManage the sales cycle from initial quote, tender presentation to variations and closeAbout you To achieve our goal of being the leading builder, we aim to attract quality talent.
