This is your invitation to rise above the possible.Job posting end date: 12/03/2024IntroductionDue to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Minerals Sales team. You will be responsible for providing administration support to the department. Based in our West Perth office, this role will report into the VP, Mineral Sales. We are happy to offer some flexibility in our working arrangements after the initial training period.Team you belong toYou will join a fast-paced, high-performing team of Account Managers and Technology Managers who work on the value of Getting it Done Together. Our team members are based around Australia and Indonesia.What you'll doBe the CRM super user providing technical support and training to end users, ensuring effective Salesforce use, troubleshooting issues, and training the sales team.Participate in CRM system and process development.Manage CRM compliance, ensuring accurate and compliant CRM data.Work closely with data analysts and manage Business Intelligence for Minerals business.Manage Customer Satisfaction practices and analyze customer feedback.Liaise with teams within the company including the legal team and marketing team for marketing of events.Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building events to motivate and inform the team.Support sales processes and manage quotes for timely submission.Collaborate with other departments to support sales targets and business needs.Work closely with leaders to establish effective practices and organize Sales events for customers and sales.Manage sales merchandise inventory and its ongoing ordering process at the department level.Provide ad-hoc executive assistant support.Who you areResults-driven with a strong understanding of CRM systems (like Salesforce).Strong data analysis skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.Advanced knowledge of MS suite of products including Project, Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organization skills.Good time management.What's in it for youA work environment where safety is always the number one priority – both your physical and mental health is our priority.A competitive base salary reflective of your skills and experience with annual incentive program.Additional Annual Leave benefit for all permanent and maximum term employees.Flexibility in your working lifestyle – our team manages their own balance of working from home and in our office environment.Gender Neutral Paid Parental Leave of 18 weeks at full pay.Paid Volunteer Leave so you can give back to the local community or an organisation of your choice.Active Social Club and company-wide social events as your social wellness is important to us.Family focused events as your family forms part of our close-knit community.Comprehensive medical benefits including discounted private health insurance for employees and immediate family.Company provided Salary Continuance insurance cover.Career development & education assistance to further your technical and leadership ambitions.Metso is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce culture.
