Our National Sales team is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales Department.
This important role provides efficient and detailed support to our team, ensuring our customers receive quality and consistent service in every interaction.
Here's what you will be doing: Managing customer equipment enquiries and coordinating delivery schedulesSupporting the sales team with timely updates on availability and pricingProcessing customer orders and invoices from start to finishLiaising with transport and workshop teams for equipment delivery and preparationProviding outstanding service to our new and existing customers and maintaining communicationHere's what it takes: Proven experience in an administrative, customer-focused scheduling, or sales coordination roleExperience in materials handling, equipment hire, or a similar environment is highly regardedAbility to coordinate, manage, and influence stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for customersExceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Excel and general computer system skillsIf this opportunity aligns with your skills and aspirations, APPLY NOW by clicking the link below.
