What the role is about: Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation.Assist with menu development with a focus on seasonal produce.Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure a smooth service.Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers.Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours.Who are we looking for: Proven experience in a similar role (essential).Standout attention to detail and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while still managing to crack a smile.Strong organisational and time management skills.Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate.If this sounds like you and you are up to the challenge, APPLY NOW
