We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team based in North Sydney.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop specific shopper, trade marketing, and in-store excellence toolkits.Collaborate with the National Field Managers, Sales, Brand, Category and Professional Services Managers to drive key activations for in-store and online.Own the Trade Marketing budget and timelines.Liaise with design agencies and lead the POSM through to print.Support the range review and joint business plan processes with trade activation material.Manage the activations plans throughout the year and provide insights into best practice.Skills & Qualifications2-4 years of experience in Shopper Marketing or Trade Marketing, ideally in an FMCG or consumer brand environment.Proven experience in developing shopper insights and executing marketing strategies in-store and online.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.Familiarity with IRI/Aztec and IQVIA databases is preferred but not essential.What We Offer in ReturnWe are committed to providing a competitive and attractive salary package along with additional benefits such as:
