DescriptionWe're looking for an enthusiastic detail-oriented person to join our team as an Accounts Payable Officer, ensuring seamless payment operations across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from and work alongside an experienced and high-performing Finance team in our fast-growing business.
You'll play an instrumental role in supporting the key functions of accounts payables.
You will gain exposure to how a business like ours operates and be responsible for verifying expenditures against supporting documents, reviewing statement of accounts for vendors and corporate credit cards, supporting transactions to invoices, and amongst other tasks using Oracle NetSuite and various Cloud portals.
You will also support the reconciliation of accounts and system reports and purchasing card accounts.

Role ResponsibilitiesEnsuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, including resolving discrepanciesData entry and validation of supplier invoices, including review scan and capture logScheduling and preparing the weekly payment runCorporate credit card, virtual card, and travel account reconciliationsPrepare weekly bank reconciliationsFee settlement reconciliationManage expense reports for corporate card claims and employee expense reimbursementsResolve any processing issues or queries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely mannerAdherence with fraud protection and compliance measuresSupport month-end and audit requests as requiredAssist with policy and process documentation as directed Skills & Experience3+ years of full-function accounts payable experience with an understanding of financial processesExperience in processing high volume of invoicesFamiliar with NetSuite, Concur, or equivalent toolsPossess intermediate MS Excel skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong eye for detail and presentationAbility to quickly develop in-depth knowledge and adapt to change Reasons To Join UsWhat We Offer
