Casual Disability Support Workers - FORCETT TAS Cocoon SDA Care provides support staff to NDIS-registered provider.
Our houses offer our participants a place they can call home, whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs.
Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full.
About the role We are looking for support workers who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:
Immediate StartMust Drive, have Car and Drivers LicenceExperience in working with a participant with an Acquired Brain Injury and epilepsy are highly desirable but not essential.Clear and effective communication skillsAn ability to establish a professional relationship with participants, health practitioners and their families.Ongoing weekly support, Tuesdays and Thursdays.Community AccessIf you have a passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential, make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives, this could be the opportunity for you.
