This is what your future with our team would look like:Regular personal and professional training and mentoringThe opportunity to supervise, train, support and mentor our junior membersEstablishing your own portfolio clients you've built relationships withGaining experience across an interesting client base ranging in size and industryUsing the resources available to you both internally and externally to suggest client solutionsThriving in an encouraging, no-blame cultureContributing and collaborating with the team to achieve business goalsPutting the knowledge and skills you already have to good use by providing tax and business advice, completing compliance work and using a range of accounting softwareDeveloping the experience to advance your careerEnjoying the benefits of working near the beach and a stone's throw away from Wollongong CBDSo what are we looking for?Team player and collaboratorCommitted to great servicePositive and friendly personalityImpressive time-managerMotivated, efficient and accurateQualified and experienced accountantRealistically an Accounting degree is required and Chartered Accounting (CA) qualification, or willingness to complete your CA qualificationExperience of about three (3) years or more is needed for this senior positionBi-annual bonuses on offer based on performanceYou will love the challenge and empowerment this role offers, and the value you will bring to both your clients, your team… and yourself Plus our various regular team events and social atmosphere make it a very enjoyable experience.
