This is what your future with our team would look like: Regular personal and professional training and mentoring The opportunity to supervise, train, support and mentor our junior members Establishing your own portfolio clients you've built relationships with Gaining experience across an interesting client base ranging in size and industry Using the resources available to you both internally and externally to suggest client solutions Thriving in an encouraging, no-blame culture Contributing and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals Putting the knowledge and skills you already have to good use by providing tax and business advice, completing compliance work and using a range of accounting software Developing the experience to advance your career Enjoying the benefits of working near the beach and a stone's throw away from Wollongong CBD So what are we looking for?
Team player and collaborator Committed to great service Positive and friendly personality Impressive time-manager Motivated, efficient and accurate Qualified and experienced accountant A few more details: Full time role with a competitive salary Realistically an Accounting degree is required and Chartered Accounting (CA) qualification, or willingness to complete your CA qualification Experience of about three (3) years or more is needed for this senior position Bi-annual bonuses on offer based on performance You will love the challenge and empowerment this role offers, and the value you will bring to both your clients, your team... and yourself
