We are a strategic adviser to all of the major Australian banks, international banks, investment banks, non-bank lenders, debt funds, global sponsors, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, REITs, and government agencies in respect of their most complex and strategic real estate finance and capital transactions.
Your Role We are looking for an experienced Lawyer or Associate to join the Banking & Finance team in Perth.
You will be working on a broad range of corporate and real estate finance matters nationally, spanning secured and unsecured, syndicated, club, and bilateral facilities, both cross-border and domestic.
You will enjoy an interesting variety of legal work as part of a collaborative national team.
You will be part of a close, supportive team reporting into Ben Rumble and working with a number of senior lawyers in Perth and nationally who will enable you to build your professional brand, team leadership, and client skills.
