We're not just looking for an Operations Manager; we're scouting for a genuine linchpin—someone who can anchor the storm of daily activities and help pave the path for our agency's future success.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll serve as the backbone that supports our digital marketing agency.
While you don't need to be an expert in digital marketing (but it's a HUGE plus), you DO need top-notch managerial and organisational skills.
You'll know our agency at every level, and you'll be involved in everything from operational strategy to staffing to compliance.
This is a challenging, demanding role and the right fit will be an exceptional problem solver who will do whatever it takes to help us achieve our goals.

It's a whole-ass grown up job, and you need to know what you're doing.What You'll Do Lead the daily operations, ensuring that our agency runs like a well-tuned machine.Live and breathe our values.Collaborate closely with senior management to transform strategic plans into actionable goals.Mentor and manage our exceptional team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our agency services, maximising client satisfaction.Carry out your daily responsibilities as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.What You'll Be Measured On Company KPIs: Your focus will be on turning targets into triumphs.Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows for optimum performance, ensuring our service delivery is second-to-none.Client Satisfaction: Make sure our client feedback is music to our ears.Budget Adherence: Manage financials with meticulous accuracy. Requirements What You'll Need To Bring To The Table Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.Strategic Acumen: Capacity to turn visionary goals into everyday operations.Organisational Skills: The more plates you can spin, the better.Tech Literacy: You should feel at home with modern tools and software.Financial Understanding: You can translate budget lines into strategic decisions.Management Experience: At least 3 years in a relevant management and leadership role is essential.Strategic Decision-Making: Demonstrable experience in making business-critical decisions.Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to both team members and C-level executives.Change Leadership: Proven track record of leading organisations through periods of growth or transformation.International Experience: Having worked in a global setting is a plus.Here's What To Do Next...
