The Opportunity This is a unique chance to join our business at a pivotal moment.
Working directly with me (the founder), you'll be involved in all aspects of our operations as we scale.
This role requires someone who's eager to understand every facet of the business, as you'll be instrumental in improving how we operate across all areas.
Key Responsibilities As Business Operations Manager, you'll need to understand and potentially work across all aspects of our business to effectively optimise our operations.
This includes:
Business Systems & Process Improvement Implement and manage new digital solutions (CRM, booking systems, websites)Create and document operational processesDesign automated workflowsDevelop and maintain business systemsIdentify and implement efficiency improvementsOperations & Team Development Manage daily business operationsHelp build and train our growing teamSupport client and artist relationshipsAssist with strategic planningHandle various business tasks as neededIdentify opportunities for business improvementSupport new business initiativesHelp evaluate and implement new technologiesContribute to business strategyDrive operational excellenceWhat You'll Need Excellent organisational and communication skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn all aspects of the businessComfort with changing priorities and needsExperience in business operations and systems implementationStrong problem-solving abilitiesInitiative and independent thinkingStrongly Preferred: Entertainment industry experienceExperience with CRM and booking systemsFinancial software knowledge (MYOB/Xero)Advanced competency level in using Microsoft office systems and related IT Business systems and technologyWhat Success Looks Like In your first 6 months, you'll have: Gained a thorough understanding of our business operationsImplemented new operational systemsLed key business improvement projectsHelped establish team structuresDeveloped improved booking processesCreated standard operating proceduresThe Path Forward This role offers significant growth potential for someone who: Is genuinely interested in understanding all aspects of a businessEnjoys creating and optimising systemsApproaches challenges with flexibility and creativityIs ready for a long-term professional journeyWants to make a real impact on a growing businessPlease include: - Why you're interested in this role
