An exciting opportunity to join a leading global Clinical Trials Specialist as the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) for their Melbourne Clinic.
With over 20 years as clinical trials specialist, this prestigious organisation has successfully conducted over 1,500 Phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies across the USA, Europe, Australia & Asia.
As the Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical inpatient unit to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of clinical trials.
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in a similar management role as it includes direct oversight of the Clinical Inpatient Unit and fostering close collaboration with the Screening, Project Management, Laboratory, Medical, and Pharmacy teams to support the seamless execution of clinical trials.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff at all levels Comprehensive knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and all applicable regulatory requirements Right to work in Australia Current registration with AHPRA Bachelor of Nursing Degree Experience in venepuncture (taking blood) and), peripheral cannulation.
