About the Location
Experience coastal charm on the New South Wales Coast at Ingenia Holidays Shoalhaven Heads.
Located only an hour and a half south of Sydney, choose from comfortable cabins or campsites surrounded by plenty of space, and enjoy access to the pool, pedal cart hire, a playground and fun school holiday activities.

For the adventurous traveller, go fishing in the Shoalhaven River, visit Seven Mile Beach or explore local wineries.

About the Role
We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site.
Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.
This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

Responsibilities
Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machinery.
Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities, including fixing toilets and unhinged doors.
Ensuring the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all times.
Garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality condition.
Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipment.
Stripping of beds and removal of all linen from Villas as well as cleaning and maintaining the exterior of Villa windows, decking, pathways, etc.
Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins and garden restoration.
About You
Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position.
Driver's Licence.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
Security of working for an ASX listed organisation.
