About the Location

About the role
We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team.
This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front-of-house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.
This position is Part-Time, offering 16 hours per week, with a requirement to work every second weekend on a rotating roster.
Flexibility is key, and we are happy to work with the team to accommodate preferred working days.
Responsibilities
Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park/resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities.
Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park.
Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role/industry.
Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability.
Team player, strong attention to detail and well-organised worker.
