Come be part of something, come join our Waratah familyQualifications & experience5 + years' experience in the Landscaping industryQualification in Landscape Trade, Carpentry or equivalent essential.Experience operating and maintaining large range of commercial landscape construction equipment (eg Excavators, Skid Steers etc).The ability to lead and encourage team members to work effectively together.Good time management and communication skillsThe ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplaceA desire to provide a high quality commercial landscape construction serviceTasks & responsibilitiesManagement of staff for commercial jobs around SydneyOrganisation and programming of tasks completed on siteManagement of team to ensure efficiency and quality is maintained.Regularly liaising with our Management Team and Client.Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.Role is job based, working with the team to ensure targets are met.Management of a variety of landscape construction tasks, from fencing, concreting, retaining walls, tree planting as well as soft scapes.Completion of associated documentation on regular basis.Benefits:Fully maintained company vehicleMobile Phone (if job requires)Ipad (if job requires)Competitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiable
