They boast a significant presence & track record in the alternate living-sector market, delivering industry leading product throughout Australia.
The Role As the Senior Analyst you will have a multitude of responsibilities with a focus on driving business growth & expansion.
You will be working closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to major global capital partners.
Responsibilities: Assessment of new living-sector investment opportunities.
Develop financial models for new investment assessment.
Undertaking of due diligence, commercial term negotiation & documentation.
Preparation of IC materials and papers.
Support Directors with new capital partner initiatives and presentations.
Assist finance teams to obtain debt products.
Wider market research in the alt-living sectors to identify key trends.
Support existing capital partners through portfolio review and recommendations.
Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis or related fields such as RE investment, private equity, or investment banking preferably.
Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in analysing complex financial data.
In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles, particularly in the Sydney and Asia-Pacific regions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
