We are a global precision livestock company reshaping how cattle producers worldwide unlock animal performance.
Our portfolio includes world-class Bovine phenotypic and genotypic data capture system via Vytelle SENSE and Vytelle INSIGHT which enables producers to accurately select desired traits to continually produce elite progeny, coupled with Vytelle ADVANCE in vitro fertilization service, which enhances the speed at which genetic improvement can be made.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Australian Sales Manager will be responsible for the commercial development, sales, and growth of the Vytelle portfolio of products in Australia.
Responsibilities include demand creation, managing and developing satellites, on-farm customers, and overall relationship management.
Additional responsibilities include market opportunity identification, quantification, and prioritization.
Included in this role is administration assistance with the Vytelle lab team in Australia.
Critical Relationships to this role include: Vytelle Australia Operations Team, Global Communications Manager, NZ Sales Manager along with cross-functional collaboration throughout Vytelle teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
National demand creation, customer support, and achieving revenue targets for Vytelle technology with focus on Vytelle ADVANCE (IVF) in Australia Complete quotes, contracts, and agreements with clients Customer Service and facilitating Vytelle Australia Lab Management and administration (reports, invoices etc) Ownership of Vytelle ADVANCE logistics, planning, calendar, and customer communication in conjunction with the lab team Development, expansion, and relationship management of Vytelle ecosystem partners including implant technicians, IVF access points, and donor and recipient farms Use of Vytelle tools, content, and value messaging to support sales and customer success Market Analysis, tracking and quantification of market size, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Develop, maintain, and report on critical scorecard metrics for internal use and partner performance and goal setting Local representation and industry events, speaking to build Vytelle brand in Australia Use of HubSpot CRM to track and manage lead funnel and account information VYTELLE'S CORE VALUES

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Ability to understand, quantify and prioritize market dynamics, opportunities, and barriers to prioritize commercial targets Hunt, network, develop lead generation tools and close Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, motivate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers Independent, self-starter with a bias for action EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Agribusiness or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of Client-facing Experience across the Agriculture or Animal Health Sector Proven experience in creating business to business partnerships Knowledge & experience of marketing technical products and services for the bovine sector in NZ with existing relationships First class communicator and presenter utilizing all the latest technologies Willingness to travel ~50-60% WHAT THIS POSITION OFFERS
