Visual Branding Designer | Graphic Designer/ArtistAututech is a fast-growing Information Technology company.We deliver integrated leading IT service in multi-cloud application services, aggregated data services, applications development, and Fin-Tech products for fast-growing emerging overseas countries.
We are looking for an experienced Responsive Visual designer to work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute compelling digital products and experiences here at Aututech.
Your role will focus on the different marketing collaterals for our company as well as managing local and junior designers.
Fundamentals of what we're looking for in a Visual Branding Designer: Support and help maintain our brand system, identifying design problems and opportunities to deliver value to customers, team and maximise business value.This includesthe use of appropriate colors, fonts and layouts for each design requested.Study design briefs and understand design requirements.Maintain brand consistency throughout all the marketing projects and generating ideas and concepts to portray and advertise products and services.Develop creative and engaging promotional, animated graphics to promote the brand through different social media platforms and websites but not limited to graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences.Support the creative global team.
While you'll be self-sufficient, you'll also be happy to take direction.
You'll join a multimedia team and collaborate closely with the rest of the teams to understand the customer, our product, strategy, and business objectives.You will handle and review junior designers and team members activities and projects to ensure the quality of work.
Liaising between the global and local marketing teams to ensure that deadlines are met.Able to set design goals, can follow instructions and assemble tasks dynamically, and be responsible for the design results and ensuring the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent, and meet the brand's quality standards.Creating visual representations ofconceptual ideassuch as sketches, mock-ups, and digital designs and these designs are used in various marketing channels, and they need to be visually appealing and effective in communicating the desired message.Produce design andcreative assetsfor variousdigital marketing platforms, such as display ads or materials.
These designs need to be optimized for the specific platform and should meet the project goals and technical requirements.Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, design colleagues and creative director to produce final design and proactively seeks new knowledge and connection in your space.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design including AI tools.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) (After Effects is a plus)Proven experience in creating a variety of marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Entrepreneurial spirit, able to accept urgent arrangements, and need to cooperate when encountering urgent arrangements, such as but not limited to, working on a different time zone like the U.K.Will accept Split working hours in the office (2pm to 7pm in the office and 10pm to 12mn at home Tues to Fri); Monday is WFH.We strive to achieve the right balance for our people, enabling us to deliver excellent service while allowing you to build your career without sacrificing your personal priorities.
