The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Creative on major campaigns and branding projects, you will ensure the integrity and consistency of the Crown Brand, maintaining a comprehensive style guide.
The Creative team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic deliverables that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful elevated experiences.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for stakeholders.
As well as:
Develop high-quality work managing the design process from conception to finished art for both print and digital collateral.Manage your workflow and creative output ensuring jobs are delivered on time, high quality, and within the Crown Brand Guidelines.Work alongside the studio team to produce effective design layouts, rollouts, and typesetting, ensuring clear communication and accurate finished art.About you To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Graphic Designer either agency or in-house.
You will be able to deliver quality work at high volumes and you will also have;
Qualified with a Degree in Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent.8 years graphic design and art direction experience.Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Extremely creative in conceptual designs and an expert in finished art.Knowledge of using spot colours, varnishes, foils, die lines, embossing, folds, and paper stocks.Experience in Workfront and Figma would be beneficial - but not essential.
