Inside, you will find our stunning and historic dining room, One Eleven , renowned for being the 'Home of Afternoon Tea'.
Offering à la carte-style breakfast in the mornings and afternoon tea from noon.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic, confident and service-minded individual to join our team as a full-time Restaurant Supervisor
As a vital member of our team, the Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Daily Responsibilities
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing service and motivating the team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Taking reservations, organising the floorplan, as well as greeting and seating guests Providing on-the-job training to staff on all aspects of service as well as presentation and grooming Ensuring compliance with service standards and hotel policies Staff scheduling and roster planning Conducting daily briefings to communicate necessary information Ensuring a professional work environment and that accurate records are maintained Overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant including hygiene and safety standards Skills and Experience
Minimum three years' experience in a 5 star hotel or fine dining environment Minimum one year experience in a similar role Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Excellent customer service skills, including confidence when dealing with complaints and resolution should the need arise A positive attitude that is aligned with our company values and culture Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards Ability to demonstrate leadership and show initiative Ability to adapt and succeed in high-pressure service periods Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and concisely Curiosity and a desire to expand your knowledge Experience using SevenRooms and MICROS Simphony highly regarded Availability to work weekends, early mornings and public holidays, on a rotating roster This is a full-time position on a rotating roster.
