Teachers Health Fund (THF) is seeking a dynamic Enablement Manager to drive our enablement functions and enhance the services we provide to our valued members.
As the Enablement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing and leading our Membership Services (MS) enablement operations.
Your mission?
To empower our team and continuously improve the quality of service we deliver, all while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community.
As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
What will you do?
/ How will you help?
Lead and Manage Operations: Direct our Quality & Assurance (QAR) team to uphold high standards of service and effectively resolve member complaints.
Guide our Continuous Improvement team to identify and implement enhancements that elevate the member experience.
Support our Staff Support team in providing timely assistance and improving processes for our employees.
Foster a High-Performance Culture: Coach and mentor your team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations to drive excellence.
Participate in recruitment activities to attract and retain top talent.
Champion ongoing skill development and training for your team members.
Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee adherence to policies and procedures while managing risks within the enablement team.
Develop compliance training programs to ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with the MS Operations team and broader organization on key projects.
Provide insights and reports to THF's executive team, showcasing enablement performance and proposed solutions What do you need?
/What are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years experience as either an Enablement Manager, Quality Support Manager, Service Support Manager or Operations Support Manager Relevant qualifications (e.g., Customer Engagement, Total Quality Management) Strong skills in change management, analytics, and quality management Experience in call/contact center management and people development Experience using HAMBS or similar (desirable) Exposure to working within the Private Health Insurance Industry(desirable) How do I apply?
