About the Role : BECOME PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER - We have an opportunity for a full-time experienced Client Service Manager to join our team to cover the Grafton Area managing the provision of cleaning services across multiple government sites.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operation needs for your area and clients by ensuring the team is delivering the most effective cleaning services.
You will demonstrate sound understanding of cleaning operations, utilise your strong technology and financial skills, whilst also delivering service excellence to all external and internal stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities : Manage a large number of diverse frontline employees - rosters, pays and Cleaning Best PracticesLiaising with Client and Employees on a regular basisHSE experience in toolbox talk and risk assessmentProfessional presentation and customer service focusedAbility to develop and maintain strong working relationshipsWorking knowledge of work health and safetyDelivery of cleaning services per contractual requirementsMinimum Criteria : Experience in Cleaning Operations and managing a diverse workforceAlready hold or prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset MaintenanceAbility to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or aloneMust hold a current and valid Driver LicenseExceptional communication and technology skillsKnowledge of how to conduct and handle an incident investigationMust have full work rightsMust hold or ability to obtain a NSW WWC, NSW Police Clearance & Government ClearanceOur Benefits : Company car includedAccess to staff discounts with partner companiesOngoing learning and development opportunitiesInternal opportunities within our global organizationThis position requires you to be able to hold and maintain satisfactory employment screening, such as a Working with Children, NSW Police Clearance, and Government Clearance.
